Greek Dance and Family Fun

Join us for an uplifting afternoon of traditional Greek dancing, good food, and community connection, all in support of BPD UK, the national charity for families and carers of people living with Borderline Personality Disorder.

No dance experience? No problem. We’ll guide you through joyful Greek circle dances with live or traditional music, plenty of snacks, and a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. There’ll be a spacious area for children to run, play, and enjoy themselves while adults chat, dance, and relax.

It’s a family-friendly, community-powered afternoon of movement and meaning—every ticket helps fund peer support, helplines, and resources for families facing the challenges of BPD.
